The Challenge
Managing assets in Jira Service Management felt clunky and slow, leaving teams frustrated and stuck in inefficient workflows.
It was time for a smarter, smoother way to handle assets.
The Design Process
I built Shoppie from the ground up, designing everything from the shop view to the JSM portal and asset organization. By leveraging the Atlassian Design System, I kept the experience seamless and consistent.
From launch to ongoing updates, I focused on refining every detail to create an app that truly works for its users.
The Result
Shoppie transforms the JSM portal into a seamless shopping experience. Designed with the Atlassian Design System, it makes managing and organizing assets effortless, empowering users to work smarter and faster.
What I Learned
Creating Shoppie taught me to balance functionality, usability, and design consistency.
Working with the Atlassian Design System helped me build an intuitive, scalable app while showing the value of continuous iteration to enhance the user experience.
